about
(I studied abroad in France for a year when I was fifteen and later on majored in French in college before starting to write music. Translating my lyrics has been a fun way to reconnect with my first passion. It helped me find new meaning in my own lyrics. The French lyrics for “Sorry That I Love You” resonate more with me than the original. These lyrics are less about the sadness of the singer and more about the patterns of the person in question.)
lyrics
Maintenant que tu as goûté
Tu n’as rien à me prouver et
Tu n’as rien à perdre tu sais

(American Songwriter)“ There is a phrase circulating and growing in normalcy, to ‘live your truth.’ Few are doing it more so
than Elizabeth Moen”.
Blending fierce, massive vocals and raw bluesy guitar with introspective lyrics and electronic textures, Elizabeth Moen "showcases both strength and vulnerability, reminding us that these traits often go hand in hand" (NPR Music)....more

Still Clean is a close second for favorite track, this album is one of my favorites of all time. It brings me back to reality while making me feel greater than I could ever be. parsley-parcel
